Ingredients

  1. In a silicone sweet mold or ice cube tray, place a few pieces of lolly and marshmallow - about 4-6 pieces total depending on the size of your sweet pieces.
  2. Crush the gingernut biscuit up fine in a zip lock bag.
  3. Gently melt the dark chocolate and coconut oil together in a glass bowl over a boiling pot of water.
  4. Pour over the melted chocolate evenly throughout the molds.
  5. Quickly sprinkle the crushed gingernut evenly over the top and press down gently.
  6. Refrigerate for 2 hours minimum, then pop out of the mold and enjoy!
  7. Keep refrigerated in an airtight container.
